Learn how to access and increase the flow of prana (life force energy) in your body for purposes of self healing, increased awareness, and higher states of consciousness.
Experience the use of breathwork breathing, healing yoga, movement, and mindfulness to release stress and tension, and bring about inner peace, happiness,
and emotional and physical healing.
This workshop is an opportunity to honour and allow feelings and emotions to surface, release and transform. In allowing our feelings we unblock our energy flow and become more in touch with our spirituality and guidance.

This 6 week meditation course will teach you the basics of meditation, and take you through many different meditation techniques, both modern and ancient.
You will have the opportunity to learn and practice different techniques that include the use of breath, sound, mantra, and movement.
With different meditation practices you will learn how to calm your mind, relax deeply, let go of anxiety, deal effectively with stress, manage your emotions, and bring rejuvenation and healing to your mind and body.

This workshop is an opportunity to enter a sacred space for uncovering purpose, for healing and renewal, to experience inspiration and vision, and for connection and healing with mother earth.
Connect deeply to your own spirituality through processes that include; invocation, journeying, meditation, movement, breathwork, art work, and circle work.
This is a safe and supportive environment in which to experience deep healing, emotional release, and integration of mind, body and spirit.
