Transpersonal Breathwork with Claire Belton is a beautiful fusion of Breathwork and Shamanism. In this online group you will have the opportunity for deep inner healing, emotional release, and heightened states of consciousness.
Claire will begin the journey by guiding you into a mediation where you will get to experience the depth, healing power, and Intelligence of your body. Like water down the mountain this process will ready you to open to the power of your breath with ease and acceptance.
Claire will open Sacred Space and call to the unseen world for guidance, gratitude and connection. Calling to and embracing love, wisdom and power for the journey.. this is beautiful Breathwork to connect with our own true nature.
Bring along your intention, and make sure you have a quiet cosy space to lay down and breathe where you will not be interrupted. A box of tissues, and glass of water is recommended.
