Booking Information:
All bookings and payments are non-refundable and cannot be extended, except in special circumstances. All individual appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellation/change or full fee is charged.
If you pay in advance for appointments you have 6 months in which to use your credit. The same applies for gift vouchers. If for any reason a workshop does not go ahead you will be refunded in full.

If courses have not commenced bookings can be transferred to another person.
