Claire teaches a combination of hatha yoga and yin yoga in workshops and retreats, and through individual yoga tuition.

The focus of this form of yoga is to bring more awareness to the body and mind, to let go of stress and tension whilst strengthening and stretching the body with mindfulness. This is a healing form of yoga that increases the flow of prana or energy through the body and brings deep states of relaxation and meditation.

It is a great way to keep fit, strong, and relaxed, while looking after your mind-body health.

Mindfulness is an important aspect of Claire’s classes, learning to get more in touch with your body and its needs.

Whilst we are strengthening and stretching we don’t push the body too far and bring about injury.

The yoga postures are practiced with a meditative awareness and yogic breathing.

Enjoy a day for healing your body, mind and soul with nurturing yoga practices, breathwork breathing, meditation, and a yummy lunch at the beautiful A Place To Just Be in East Fremantle.

This is a day to come home to yourself and truly Love your Self.  You will be taken on a journey to still your mind and honour the intelligence held within your body and soul through ancient spiritual practices.

The yoga is a combination of hatha and yin yoga, and breathing exercises to move prana and bring about healing and meditative states. Through breathwork breathing experience emotional and spiritual healing, and relax deeply with a variety of meditation practices!

Venue: A Place To Just Be 4a Preston Point Road, East Fremantle.
Cost: $220.00 or $195.00 earlybird if paid in full by June 10th 2012

Group Bookings for Yoga
You can create a yoga class by booking in a minimum of 8 people for a suitable day and time. Payment must be made in advance and is non-refundable. Contact Claire for more details.

Individual Yoga Tuition
With an individual yoga lesson you get to have a yoga postural assessment and a practice designed specifically for you.

You can book a session for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours (with energetic healing). Contact Claire for pricing and times.

You have the choice of the physical yoga postures only, or a session that includes any of the following:

  • Yoga postural assessment
  • Yoga postures designed specifically for you
  • Yogic breathing (Pranayama)
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Meditation
  • Visualisation
  • Energetic Healing (either within the session or upon completion of the yoga postures)

Corporate Yoga

The benefits of providing workplace yoga and/or meditation include:

  • A healthier, happier workforce
  • Improved emotional intelligence amongst workers due to decrease in stress and increase in positive emotions
  • Greater clarity of mind for a 'switched on' workforce
  • Increase in productivity and profits due to a less amount of sick leave being taken

Claire is available for 1 hour or 1.5 hour corporate yoga or meditation classes. Claire is also available to facilitate half day, one day, or weekend corporate yoga and meditation workshops.
