MeditationClaire teaches meditation in Perth Western Australia. She teaches a variety of different meditation techniques in her classes, workshops, retreats, and individual tuition. This is because not all techniques suit everyone, it is important that you are able to find the meditation techniques that work well for you.

If you would like to learn meditation you can do so in a number of different ways.

6 Tuesday evenings 7.30pm - 8.45pm starting January 3rd 2009
This 6 week meditation course will teach you the basics of meditation, and take you through many different meditation techniques, both modern and ancient. You will have the opportunity to learn and practice different techniques that include the use of breath, sound, mantra, and movement. With different meditation practices you will learn how to calm your mind, relax deeply, let go of anxiety, deal effectively with stress, manage your emotions, and bring rejuvenation and healing to your mind and body.
