Meditation
Claire teaches meditation in Perth, Applecross, Ardross, East Fremantle, and Como in Western Australia. She teaches a variety of different meditation techniques in her classes, workshops, retreats, and individual tuition. This is because not all techniques suit everyone, it is important that you are able to find the meditation techniques that work well for you.

Learn to Meditate for Busy People
March 20th 2010
In this 3 hour meditation workshop you will learn the key principles of meditation as well as some easy and effective meditation techniques to still your mind.
You will learn how to use the breath as a tool for meditation, awareness, to increase energy and vitality, and effectively release tension.
Meditation for Busy People will give you tools to
• Empty out the endless chatter of your mind fast
• Lower stress and anxiety levels
• Experience peace of mind
• Gain energy, vitality, and clarity
• Deal effectively with stressful situations
This is a great workshop for people who have had trouble with meditation in the past. The techniques are designed for people who find it challenging to meditate, relax, and slow the mind. Find a technique that works for you!

Learn to Meditate and more...
6 Tuesday evenings 7.30pm - 8.45pm starting 17th August 2010
This 6 week meditation course will teach you the basics of meditation, and take you through many different meditation techniques, both modern and ancient. You will have the opportunity to learn and practice different techniques that include the use of breath, sound, mantra, and movement. With different meditation practices you will learn how to calm your mind, relax deeply, let go of anxiety, deal effectively with stress, manage your emotions, and bring rejuvenation and healing to your mind and body.

Meditation and Visualisation Workshop
Saturday July 24th 2010 1pm-5pm
Create positive change in your life!
This is an opportunity to explore many different forms of meditation that have not been covered in the “Learn to Meditate” classes.
The afternoon is woven together with various forms of meditation and creative visualisation. Learn various techniques that will; relax you deeply, improve health and vitality, bring about healing for your body and mind, stimulate your creativity, and increase awareness for personal growth.
Experience; creative visualisation, chakra meditation, 5 rhythms movement meditation, heart meditation, colour meditation, various forms of yogic and shamanic breathing meditations, sound meditation, and shamanic journey.
Learn how to tap into your own inner wisdom to create positive change in your life!
