Regular Yoga Practice Releaves Depression

A Boston University study has revealed that practicing yoga three times a week boosts levels of amino acid GABA, which helps fight depression and anxiety and is essential for a relaxed mind. The 12 week study tested 2 groups of people; half walked for 3 hours each week and the other half practiced yoga 3 times a week. Read this Blog Post
